Ingredients

  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt Soymilk

Instructions

  1. Use soy milk at room temperature.
  2. Stir yogurt into soymilk, then pour into a clean jar.
  3. Cover & allow to stand at room temperature for 14 to a8 hours.
  4. Set aside a tablespoonful or two for starting future yogurts.
  5. Use in place of dairy based yogurt.
