Instructions
- Break yeast into 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
- Mash the potato. Add potato water and sugar.
- Add softened yeast to potato mixture. Add enough lukewarm water to make mixture equal one quart.
- Keep in warm place (about 80°) until next morning.
