Squash Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 6 c. finely ground squash
  • 1 Tbsp. water (approximately)
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 large or 2 small boxes jello (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Bring squash and water to a boil; add sugar.
  2. Cook 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Add jello and flavoring.
  4. Put in jars.
  5. Keep in refrigerator.
