Instructions
- Sprinkle steaks lightly with salts and peppers.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Put one pat of butter on each steak.
- Broil for about 15 minutes on each side.
- (Use a tender steak, such as porterhouse, ribeye, t-bone, etc.)
