Ingredients

  • 4 tender steaks
  • seasoning salt
  • garlic salt or powder
  • black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steaks lightly with salts and peppers.
  2. Place in shallow pan.
  3. Put one pat of butter on each steak.
  4. Broil for about 15 minutes on each side.
  5. (Use a tender steak, such as porterhouse, ribeye, t-bone, etc.)
