Stew Meat Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in small pieces
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 soup can water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in a little oil.
  2. Throw in a crock-pot; stir in soup, water and onion soup mix.
  3. Cook on high from 9:00 to 3:00 p.m., then turn down to low.
  4. Stir in sour cream 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
