Instructions
- Mix sugar and cornstarch.
- Add water; cook on medium until boiling (stirring constantly).
- Remove from heat and add jello and let cool.
- Place berries in cooled and cooked pie shell.
- Pour jello mixture over.
- Refrigerate.
- Top with Cool Whip.
