Strawberry Tartlets

Instructions
- Sweeten the Petit Suisse with sugar.
- Add the vanilla and spread a little in the bottom of each pastry shell.
- Wash the strawberries if necessary and remove the hulls.
- Set a whole berry on top of each tartlet.
- Warm the red currant jelly with the squeeze of lemon juice and brush over the tartlets.
