Ingredients

  • 1 medium sugar pumpkin
  • 1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Cut a hole in the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds and pulp.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Prepare stuffing according to directions. Stuff the pumpkin.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour, or until tender.
