Summer Day Squash

- Wash, dry and remove ends.
- Split in half length ways.
- Place in shallow microwaveable dish.
- Make several slits in cut side of squash, spread margarine on and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high power for 3 minutes.
- Should be tender enough for fork to pierce easily.
- More cooking time may be required. Recheck for tenderness after 1 minute.
