Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stewing beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Pour mushroom soup over beef in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, then onion soup mix.
  2. Cover tightly with foil.
  3. Bake at 325° for 3 hours.
  4. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
