Ingredients

  • 2 qt. orange-pineapple juice
  • 1 pt. lemon or pineapple sherbet
  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine juice and ginger ale in a punch bowl.
  2. Top with scoops of sherbet.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
  4. Yields 26 four-ounce servings.
