Sweet fried dumplings

Instructions
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl then add the water
- Mix into a ball the texture should not be sticky so if sticky add more flour but only sprinkle as needed
- Once mixed separate into six medium sized balls and fry on a medium heat until golden on both sides (don't cook on too high heat as it will cook on the outside and not all the way through)
