Sweet fried dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl then add the water
  2. Mix into a ball the texture should not be sticky so if sticky add more flour but only sprinkle as needed
  3. Once mixed separate into six medium sized balls and fry on a medium heat until golden on both sides (don't cook on too high heat as it will cook on the outside and not all the way through)
