Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg white, well beaten

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, syrup and water until it forms a
  2. hard (clinking) ball when dropped in a cup of cold water.
  3. Add to egg white (well beaten) slowly and beat until ready to pour.
  4. Pour on greased pan.
