Ingredients

  • 1 lb almonds with skins-unsalted
  • 2 T lite soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Spread almonds on a cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 min., or until nut is browning on the inside.
  3. Sprinkle with soy sauce. They will sizzle.
  4. Keep mixing until the sauce is absorbed.
