Tapioca Pudding(Microwave)

Instructions
- Combine milk, 1/4 cup sugar, tapioca and egg yolks in a 2-quart dish; blend well.
- Cook on Full power for 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil.
- Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking.
- Beat egg whites until frothy.
- Gradually add sugar. Beat in vanilla.
- Fold into pudding mixture.
- Cool.
- Chill, if desired.
