Ingredients

  • 8 oz. (1 c.) hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. thyme (fresh or ground)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Add thyme to hot water. Cool. Add honey. Take a teaspoon every hour. It really works!
