Ingredients

  • 3 to 6 lb. boneless roast
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer

Instructions

  1. Place
  2. roast in crock-pot.
  3. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over it.
  4. Pour
  5. in the beer and cook for several hours on low. Test for
  6. doneness.
  7. (Very good gravy.) If gravy is too rich, add a little water.
