Ingredients

  • Two tomatoes
  • three slices of salt joul
  • Bg. GreenBeans
  • Dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • one tbsp.canola oil
  • cp. water
  • one bellpepper red/ green

Instructions

  1. heat skillet w/ oil began frying the joul then add the water.Next u will add the tomatoes, bellpepper & greenbeans . Let simmer for 45mins. Ready to serve.
