Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon brandy
  • 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions

  1. Keep in mind, if you over mix, it can become 'grainy', still tastes wonderful, but I would start over!
  2. Mix heavy cream, brandy, grand Marneir, vanilla 1minute.
  3. Mix heavy sour cream and sugar (to taste) 3 minute or till peaks form.
  4. After 4 minutes keep care because over mixing and you are making butter!
