Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 5 -6 whole omani dried lemons
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Break the Omani lemons open and remove most of the interior, saving only the dried peels.
  2. Boil the lemon peels with the water and honey for about five.
  3. minutes.
  4. Add a little sugar, to taste, if desired.
  5. Strain and serve hot.
