Vanilla Bananas

Ingredients

  • 4 firm ripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. crushed cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine lemon juice, vanilla and nutmeg.
  3. Roll bananas in mixture, then in cornflakes.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
