Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with a wire whisk.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup mixture onto preheated griddle.
  3. Turn the pancakes over when the shininess goes away.
  4. Serve warm with syrup.
  5. Serves 4 to 6.
