Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • capers (whole bottle)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • EVOO
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice to taste (1/2 cup)
  • stick of butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat pan with EVOO
  2. 2. Add butter
  3. 3. Add garlic, and lemon juice- mix then add capers
  4. 4. Salt and pepper salmon fillets
  5. 5. Place salmon in pan
  6. 6. If it starts to "fry", add more lemon juice
  7. 7. Cook about 3-5 monutes per side- check especially along the bone
