- 1. Heat pan with EVOO
- 2. Add butter
- 3. Add garlic, and lemon juice- mix then add capers
- 4. Salt and pepper salmon fillets
- 5. Place salmon in pan
- 6. If it starts to "fry", add more lemon juice
- 7. Cook about 3-5 monutes per side- check especially along the bone
