Watermelon Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- green food coloring
- 1 container raspberry sherbet ⓘ
Instructions
- Get a bowl and line with Saran Wrap.
- Divide Cool Whip in half.
- Add green food coloring to half and make dark green, as outside of watermelon.
- Line the green mixture evenly in bowl. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Put remaining white half of Cool Whip evenly over green.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Soften sherbet and stir in cut chocolate bits the size of seeds.
- Mix well.
- Put over top of white layer.
- Freeze overnight.
- Flip bowl onto dish.
- It will come out with green on top as a watermelon would look.
- Slice down to serve.
