Ingredients

  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • coarse-grain sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into strips, about 1/4-inch thick. Discard the rinds.
  2. Sprinkle some sea salt on each piece.
  3. Set your dehydrator to 135 degrees, and place the melon onto the dehydrator trays and into the dehydrator. Let dehydrate for 12-15 hours.
