Watermelon Jerky
Ingredients
- 1 seedless watermelon
- coarse-grain sea salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut watermelon into strips, about 1/4-inch thick. Discard the rinds.
- Sprinkle some sea salt on each piece.
- Set your dehydrator to 135 degrees, and place the melon onto the dehydrator trays and into the dehydrator. Let dehydrate for 12-15 hours.
