Ingredients

  • 2 (1 ounce) boxes sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. prepare pie crust.
  2. mix pudding, half and half, and milk with an electric mixer on high for about 5 mins (until stiff peaks form).
  3. pour over pie crust.
  4. refrigerate for 1 hour.
