Instructions
- Heat eggs and sugar to 150° on candy thermometer in a double boiler.
- Then beat until white like a meringue.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar and Crisco with pie blender.
- Slowly pour egg white mixture into Crisco mixture, beating as you do it.
- Add vanilla and whip with mixture.
- Stores in refrigerator for months.
