2 Ingredient Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Largish Bananas
  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Mash banana till completely combined.
  2. Add oats and mix together well.
  3. Add in your extra fillings (in my case the sultanas and almond extract) and mix well.
  4. Put in a pre-heated oven at 350F / 180C for 10-12, until just catching the edges (but only slightly!)
  5. Leave to completely cool and enjoy.
  6. :)
