Ingredients

  • 1 can peaches (1 lb. 13 oz.)
  • 1 can apricots (1 lb. 13 oz.)
  • 1 can Bing cherries (1 lb. 13 oz.)
  • grated rind of 1/2 orange
  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Set oven at 325°.
  2. Drain syrup from fruit and put fruit into a 1 1/2-quart casserole bowl.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
  4. While baking, mix other ingredients.
  5. Pour over fruit and bake for 10 minutes longer.
  6. Good hot or cold.
  7. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
