Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix!
  2. As long as you mix until it emulsifies and turns white, the mixture will not separate.
  3. Use it as a marinade for your choice of ingredients.
  4. I used onions in the photo.
