60 Minute Buns

Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • flour (about 6 c.)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water with 3 teaspoons sugar. Add to warm milk.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough, then knead for 5 minutes and let stand in warm place for 15 minutes.
  4. Shape into rolls on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Let rise until double.
  6. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
