Ingredients

  • 1 c. Diced fresh mango
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice, chilled
  • 3 Tbsp. Clear honey
  • 2 c. Rich lowfat milk, chilled
  • 1 pch Garden rose petals, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, orange juice & sweetener in food processor.
  2. Blend for 1 1/2 min.
  3. Pour lowfat milk into processor & process until it has expanded & become frothy.
  4. Add in the mango puree.
  5. Process for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses.
  7. Garnish with the rose petals if so desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
