Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 to 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients to form dough.
  2. For easier handling, place dough in refrigerator 2 hours before rolling on.
  3. Place dough on floured board.
  4. Divide into 8 equal sections.
  5. Roll each section to about 15 x 4-inch.
