- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add the apples, water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
- When the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and puree the mixture with a hand blender.
- Bring to a boil again, lower temperature and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, pour the jam in sterilized jars, and store.
