Apple-Bacon Brunch Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
  • 3 c. sliced McIntosh apples
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 to 5 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix apples and sugar.
  2. Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan in rows. Cover apples with cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with bacon, crumbled.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients together.
  5. Using ladle, pour evenly over apples, cheese and bacon.
  6. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
