Ingredients

  • 1 large red apple
  • peanut butter
  • sliced American cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut apple into fourths.
  2. Cut out center part with seed.
  3. Let child spread peanut butter into area where middle of apples was. Insert 1 toothpick through peanut butter into apple.
  4. Cut cheese slice into fourths from corner to corner.
  5. Place 1 sail shaped slice onto toothpick.
  6. Now, you have an apple boat.
  7. Delicious and nutritious.
