Ingredients

  • tortillas
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make Apple Empanadas by filling flour tortillas with a mixture of apple pie filling, melted butter and cinnamon.
  2. Fold and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Deep fry and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
