Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Bisquick mix

Instructions

  1. Peel apples and slice them.
  2. Fill an 8-inch square or round pan almost to the top with sliced apples.
  3. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the apples.
  4. Prepare biscuit dough according to box directions for Bisquick mix.
  5. Pour the biscuit batter over the apple layer in the pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  7. Flip the baked apple dish onto a plate while warm before serving.
