Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Cover and blend for 15 seconds at high speed.
