Ingredients

  • 1 medium dice red apples
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 piece puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Dice the apple then put onto a pan with sugar,water and lemon juice Simmer for full 8 minutes till its soft and carmelized then off heat
  2. Spoon the cooked apple unto the pastry then shape it and baked it at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes, basting top with some butter on the last few minutes
  3. WOVEN SQUARE APPLE PUFF PASTRY ,,,On a puff pastry Spoon some apple filling then Slice another puff pastry into strip then over lapping into woven style then cover the apple filling and fold all 4 corner
