Ingredients

  • 1 whole clove
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice (1/2 tablespoon)
  • and 1 lemon slice
  • 2 ounces Applejack (4 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon)
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Press the clove into the lemon slice.
  2. Place the Applejack, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon stick in a heatproof mug.
  3. Top with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir. Float the lemon slice on top.
