Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O gelatin (strawberry flavor)
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. apple juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Combine juice and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
  3. Add to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. Add apple.
  6. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
