Instructions
- Cook apples for 1 minute; add sugar and simmer for 30 minutes. Soak gelatin in water; add to apples, dissolve, remove from stove.
- Add Rose flavoring, nuts and lemon juice.
- Pour into buttered pan dusted with powdered sugar.
- Cool; cut in squares and roll in powdered sugar.
- Dry.
- Note:
- For cotlets use 1 c. apricot puree (baby food) instead of grated apples.
- Leave out Rose flavoring.
