Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Combine with apples and sugar in saucepan.
- Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes.
- Add walnuts and flavorings.
- Let cool to lukewarm.
- Pour into an 8 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Cool.
- Cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar. Jonathan apples have the best flavor for this candy.
