Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 12 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound Pre-cooked Bacon, Sausage, Or Ham

Instructions

  1. Optional ingredients: chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Place cheese in the bottom of a pan and dot with butter.
  4. Whip eggs lightly with milk, seasonings, meat, and any optional ingredients.
  5. Pour over cheese.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
