Instructions
- Optional ingredients: chopped onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cheese in the bottom of a pan and dot with butter.
- Whip eggs lightly with milk, seasonings, meat, and any optional ingredients.
- Pour over cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
