Avocado Cream

Instructions
- Place chicken stock, avocados and lime juice in a blender or food processor.
- Whirl until smooth.
- (This is easiest done in two batches.)
- Add salt and pepper to taste and chill, covered, in the refrigerator for an hour or more.
- Serve in chilled soup plates garnished with chives or parsley.
- Serves 6.
