Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle thousand island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle garlic and onion powder onto both sides of each breast.
  2. Take a fork and poke holes randomly over each breast and cover with Thousand Island dressing.
  3. Chill covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook on an electric skillet heated to 350 degrees.
