Ingredients

  • 2lbs #bacon
  • 1pkg cubed mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Quarter biscuits, place cheese cube inside each quarterd biscuit and close tightly, wrap bacon tightly around biscuit and use large skewer to hold together. Heat pan of oil (canola) to 350degrees and place them in only a few at a time.
