Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound Bacon
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Tomato (diced or mashed)

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon to almost crisp (75%)
  2. Saute onion in bacon grease (60% done)
  3. Add sugar (reduce by half?)
  4. Add Vinegar (reduce by half ?)
  5. Add tomato and simmer 15 min.
  6. Mix or Blend
