Baked Apple Chunks

Ingredients

  • 4 medium cooking apples, peeled, quartered and cored
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Place apples in an 8 x 5-inch microwaveproof loaf dish. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  2. Crumble over apples.
  3. Dot with margarine.
  4. Cook, covered, on High (maximum power) for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Serves 4.
